Questions
Is CBD hemp flower legal?
Yes. Hemp flower is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill when it contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Every product is lab tested with a COA confirming legal THC levels. State laws vary.
How is hemp flower different from marijuana?
THC content. Hemp flower stays under 0.3% delta-9 THC, which is not enough to cause intoxication. It is rich in CBD, CBG and terpenes instead.
Is the hemp organically grown?
Yes. It is organically grown on a family farm in Central Kentucky, with no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers.
How are the products lab tested?
An independent lab tests every batch before it ships, checking CBD content, confirming delta-9 THC is under 0.3%, and screening for pesticides, heavy metals and microbes. All COAs are published online.
